The Creative Activity Center for people with disabilities in Argyroupoli, offering daily support, education and creativity to people with disabilities and their families.
The Creative Activity Center for People with Disabilities DiaDraseis was created with love and respect for people with disabilities, with the aim of offering a safe, welcoming and well-organized space where every person can develop their potential and take an active part in community life.
Every day is a chance for a small step forward
The Creative Activity Center for Children with Disabilities DiaDraseis operates in Argyroupoli and welcomes children, teenagers and adults with physical, intellectual, developmental or sensory disabilities. Our goal is the comprehensive support of each person, through structured programs of creative activities, education and empowerment.
The Center operates in line with contemporary understandings of the rights of people with disabilities and is aligned with the legislative, policy and ethical commitments of the European Union and the Council of Europe, with full respect for human dignity.
For us, the Center is not just a place for activities, but a living hub of support and empowerment.
who need structured, safe and creative activities.
who need support in building autonomy, social inclusion and self-esteem.
with disabilities, who benefit from daily support, education and taking part in activities.
At DiaDraseis we shape our programs around the abilities and the wishes of each person, in cooperation with the family and the professionals involved.
Our aim is to offer a setting where every person can feel safe, accepted and active, whatever their level of functioning or individual characteristics.
Programs that combine creativity, education and everyday support for people with disabilities.
We believe that every person with a disability has the right to meaningful experiences, to relationships, to education and to participation in community life. That is why the Center’s programs are not simply creative activities, but a comprehensive approach to empowerment.
We do not focus only on difficulties, but on the potential every person can develop, at their own pace and in their own way, in an environment of acceptance and support.
Working with parents and caregivers is for us a core part of our philosophy. Together we set goals, review each participant’s progress and look for the best solutions for every individual family.
We want families to feel that at DiaDraseis they find not just a service, but an ally in their everyday efforts.
